If you lead with ownership, lift others up, and take pride in your results, you’ll feel right at home.

POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for a data-driven thinker who gets excited by the story behind the numbers — and even more excited about what to do with it. As our Supply Chain Data Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of analytics, operations, and AI-powered insight, helping us move smarter, stock better, and scale with confidence.

This is a role with real ownership and real visibility. You'll dig into sourcing, inventory, and logistics data to surface opportunities, keep our SKU data clean and reliable, partner across teams on product lifecycle decisions, and use AI-enhanced forecasting tools to keep supply and demand in sync. If you love turning complex data into clear action — and you're energized by working in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment — this is your seat.

MUST HAVES

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience with demand forecasting, inventory management, or logistics reporting
  • Comfort working with AI-enhanced tools and a genuine curiosity about how technology can improve outcomes
  • Highly detail-oriented — data integrity is something you take personally
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in systems such as NetSuite, Shopify, and Google Suite/MS tools
  • Strong collaborator who can partner across Operations, Finance, and Product teams
  • 100% on-site in Seattle (we collaborate in real time!)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supply Chain Analytics & Insights — Deliver actionable analysis and AI-enhanced reporting on sourcing, inventory, and logistics to drive informed decision-making
  • Product Lifecycle Data Collaboration — Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze and support product lifecycle decisions with timely, accurate data
  • SKU & Item Data Integrity — Own accurate setup and maintenance of SKUs, tags, and item configurations to ensure clean, reliable supply chain data across systems
  • Process & Logistics Optimization — Identify and implement data-driven improvements to supply chain workflows and system efficiency
  • Demand Forecasting Accuracy — Own demand forecasting models (AI-enhanced) and outputs to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts or overstock

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Optimistic and solution-oriented — grit is a core part of your DNA!
  • A natural problem-solver who sees messy data or broken processes as a puzzle worth solving
  • Passionate about using AI and technology to elevate analysis and surface smarter insights
  • Strong communicator who can present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Organized and proactive — you don't wait to be asked; you see what needs to be done and do it
  • Experience with data visualization or BI tools a plus (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
  • Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
  • Bonus: You love jewelry, adornment, and appreciate the detail behind the sparkle!
