POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for a curious, driven, problem-solver to join our team in a pivotal role at the intersection of artificial intelligence and business systems. As our AI + Systems Analyst, you'll be the bridge between our operational needs and the emerging world of AI-powered tools — helping us work smarter, move faster, and make better decisions every day.

You'll evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools and business systems across the organization, translating complex technology into practical, high-impact solutions. If you love digging into data, untangling messy processes, and watching your work create real change for a team that genuinely cares — this could be your moment.

MUST HAVES

• Proven experience with AI tools, business systems, and technology implementation
• Strong project management skills — you move projects forward and keep stakeholders aligned
• Tech-savvy and self-directed, with experience in platforms such as NetSuite, Shopify, and Google Suite/MS tools
• A natural problem-solver who sees complexity as an opportunity, not a roadblock
• Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical teammates
• 100% on-site in Seattle (we collaborate in real time!)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technology Project Management — Lead execution of technology-related projects on time and within scope, ensuring alignment with company goals
• IT Support & Infrastructure — Ensure reliable technology support, system uptime, and swift resolution of technical issues for all users
• Systems Integration & Optimization — Own integration of software systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly across platforms and redundancies are eliminated
• AI Solution Identification & Implementation — Own the identification, evaluation, and deployment of AI tools and systems that improve company efficiency and outcomes
• System Documentation & Training — Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems and processes, and ensure team members are trained and well-supported
• Technology Vendor Management — Own relationships with software and technology vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness, service quality, and alignment with business needs

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with business systems such as NetSuite, Shopify, and Google Suite/MS tools
